My name is Aarti, I founded Heart Work Management in November, 2023. Born and raised in Rotterdam, I value hard work with a heart. My heritage goes from Surinam back to India (header picture is the Lotus temple in Delhi).

I am a puzzle-solver, self-starter & finisher, go-getter, bringer of peace & calm in the chaos, influencer (not the social media-kind) with a keen eye for detail.

As interim manager, my expertise is People Management and I specialise in Data and IT.

Growing IT teams since 2016, I’ve led Coolblue’s Data, Analytics, Cloud, DevOps and Infra Agile teams. Proudly hired, onboarded, coached and promoted technical experts and leaders from 50+ nationalities.

My communication style is open and direct, my problem solving skills are practical – I focus on action and results. My strength is to connect (with) people and create a safe and trusting environment for them to thrive. I appreciate cross cultural backgrounds. I find solutions and convince people to get onboard and collaborate. As a leader, I value authenticity, empathy, inclusion and flexibility in the workplace.
